Works ok, but the purchase links on the website are dead, plus no update in 2 years...
Note that the integrated Preview.app does quite the same job for free (Save as... or Export...). The only difference being that you can't chose the encryption level (AES 128 for Preview.app in 10.14, for example).
Also, "can unlock PDF documents... when you've forgotten your password" is untrue, you just can't.

Version 4.5.0 was released on May 24, 2022. The release notes state that there were bug fixes and the app updated bundled Java to JRE18. Seems to be working with Sonoma.

No, this isn't a new version. v4.5.1 has been out for over 12 months.

It fails under Monterey. Launches, but without the familiar windows with the two locks, and it doesn't quit.
